Clothes are one thing, but do you look good naked

Let’s be honest here. Do you have a friend or friends that brag about how much weight they have lost by looking at them in their clothes? They walk around modeling in their clothes and then try to advise you on how to lose weight. The funny thing is, most people look good in their clothes, but, how do they look naked?

For example, most men look muscular in their tight shirts at the club or at an event. But if that shirt comes off, it does not look like they have been using diets that work at all. The trick to looking good in a shirt is a big chest and big arms. If you have those two components, you have a great chance of tricking people into to thinking that you look good naked. For women, they have some many tricks up there sleeve that it is utterly ridiculous. From girdles to body magic, there are garments that actually make women look smaller than what they actually are.

Here is the problem. You cannot run away from reality. If the reality is that your diet suck and you don’t like to work out, well, your reality needs to change. Tricking people into thinking you’re in shape is not a good look. In fact, how would you feel if someone you met tricked you? Would your feelings be hurt if once they took their shirt that everything just fell apart? Look, did deep into some weight loss resources and use diets that work.

Trust me, there is no better feeling than looking good naked. Not only will you appreciate, but so will your spouse and others if you don’t have a spouse. There is a certain confidence that you get when you know you are the real deal. No gimmicks, no tricks, just plain hard work. Honestly, this is the main reason why people don’t like going to the beach or a resort. It’s easy telling someone how to lose weight when you have a shirt on. However, it’s pretty hard trying to tell someone how to lose weight when you don’t look good with your shirt off.
